Scoring & Interpretation
Questions 1–2: 2 points each
Questions 3–7: 1 point each
Total Score: 9 points
Cutoff:
≥3 points → Increased risk for OSA
≤3 points → Low risk
≥5 points → High risk for moderate/severe OSA

Cutoff:

Next Steps (Clinical Pathway)
Score ≥3: Refer for a sleep study
Score <3 with symptoms: Monitor, repeat screening
Clinical Evaluation is strongly recommended regardless of score
Always consider other clinical and risk factors:
Family history of sleep disordersObesity, craniofacial abnormalities
